Our candles are made by hand in Yakima, Washington with love and care. As a small family business, it may take us a little longer to prepare and ship your order. Please expect a lead time of approximately 5 business days (longer during high demand times, such as holidays) for your order to be fulfilled once received. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We only ship orders within the United States at this time. We ship via UPS and USPS. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs + fees.
Please check your address before completing your order! Rooted In Collective is not responsible for delayed transit times, nor packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Rooted In Collective is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
R E T U R N S
All of our products are carefully inspected and properly packaged before they are shipped, to ensure careful transit. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and room sprays cannot be returned or refunded. If damage occurs to product(s) during shipping, we will replace or refund affected item(s) if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Rooted In Collective within 7 days of delivery.
In the event the product(s) is/are damaged during shipping, you may return your unused product(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery.
E X C H A N G E S
You may also exchange your unused product (like item/same price) within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and exchange items.

Currently, we accept most major credit cards and Apple Pay. Payment must be completed prior to shipment.
