All of our products are carefully inspected and properly packaged before they are shipped, to ensure careful transit. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and room sprays cannot be returned or refunded. If damage occurs to product(s) during shipping, we will replace or refund affected item(s) if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Rooted In Collective within 30 days of delivery.

In the event the product(s) is/are damaged during shipping, you may return your unused product(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. 

 

E X C H A N G E S

You may also exchange your unused product (like item/same price) within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and exchange items.
